• MCP 2026-07-28 conformance - How neon-mcp implements the MCP 2026-07-28 stateless core: discovery, cache hints, result metadata, MRTR, header routing and the conformance tests.
• Transports - The stdio and stateless Streamable HTTP transports: endpoints, health checks, DNS-rebinding protection and per-request NEON tokens.
